02 The fees

80% to you.Locked at birth.

80% The launcher

20% The house

  1. 01 Every trade

pump.fun charges a creator fee of 0.30% on every buy and every sell of a coin, and sets it aside for the coin's creator.Example

  2. 02 Written once

The moment the coin is created, its split goes into pump.fun's own fee-sharing program: 80% to the launcher, 20% to the house. That program takes the split exactly once. After that nobody can change it. Not you, not us.

  3. 03 Paid to you

Send the bot /wallet <address> first and your 80% is paid straight to that wallet. No wallet yet? It collects in your personal vault, and /claim sends it to a wallet whenever you have one.

02 The maths at 0.30% creator feeExample

If your coin trades this much, every day:

Daily volume
$50,000
Creator fee
× 0.30%
$150 a day
Your share
× 80%
$120 a day
A month
× 30 days
$3,600
House share
20%
$30.00 a day

$50,000 a day × 0.30% fee = $150
× 80% yours × 30 days = $3,600

You earn

$3,600 a month to you

a month, to you$43,800 a year

An illustration, not a promise. Fees only exist when people trade, and most coins trade little or not at all. Fees are paid in SOL; the dollar figures are only for scale.

Plain answers.

Yes. Launching costs you nothing. The house treasury pays the roughly 0.01 SOL it takes to create a coin on pump.fun. To keep one chat from flooding the board there are limits on how often a person and a group can launch.

pump.fun charges a creator fee on every trade of a coin. At birth it is split 80% to the person who typed /launch and 20% to the house. The share belongs to the launcher, not to the group.

No. The split is written into pump.fun's own fee-sharing program when the coin is created, and that program only accepts it once. After that nobody can change it: not you, not us.

You do not need one to launch. Fees from coins launched without a wallet collect in your personal vault. Whenever you have a wallet, DM the bot /wallet <address> and send /claim to move the vault to it. For fees paid straight to your wallet from the start, set it before you launch: the address is locked into the coin when it is born.

A few launches per person per day, a short cooldown between launches, and a daily cap for each group. They keep the board readable. The bot tells you when you hit one.

Launching works in any group the bot is in. By default the site shows the group's name; an admin can turn that off with /settings and the group then shows as "A private group". The coin itself is always public on pump.fun, and so is who launched it.

Solana. Coins are created on pump.fun, so they trade like any other pump.fun coin, graduate to PumpSwap, and show up in any Solana wallet and chart tool.

Only if you leave it that way. With a wallet set, fees go straight to it and we never hold them. Without one, we hold your share in a vault (a key we control) until you claim it, and every vault balance is visible on-chain.

Nobody can promise that. Anyone in a group can launch any coin, we do not vet them, and most memecoins lose almost all of their value. Only spend what you can afford to lose. Nothing here is financial advice.
